Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove Structure, foundation, and footings ; Cut and clean/clear entire property (lot must be mowable after demolition) ; Cut down all bushes and small trees not on a fence line ; Cut back all bushes and small trees on fence line, including any ditches and/or alleys; Trim tree branches to no less than 8’ from the ground ; Remove all building materials, demo debris, footings, Poles, Mailboxes, concrete or brick pads & trash; Remove Driveways, leaving only the driveway skirt at the street ; Remove all sidewalks except for the public sidewalks ; Remove Front Steps ; Remove Handrails at Front Steps ; Remove all Accessory Structure(s); Remove Mailbox; Fill may be required; Remove Dead Tree & Limbs ; Remove storm shelter and fill; Fill in Well; Leave North Border Fencing; Leave East Border Fencing
