Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work involves Special Maintenance Project (SMP) specific Commercial Harbor System Construction Management and Construction Support (CM/CS) Services, at various project locations, Statewide. In total three consultants will be selected. The selected consultants will provide construction managers, project engineers, field engineers, field construction inspectors, field clerks and/or schedulers on an as-required basis to supplement the State Harbors Engineering construction staff to properly administer various SMP construction projects. STAFFING NEEDS - As a minimum, the persons employed by the Consultant shall meet the requirements of DOT personnel performing identical or similar work.
