Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Substance use education, prevention, and/or intervention services • Provide services on an individual/family basis, and/or in a group environment, when appropriate, in the community, the JDC, Public Safety Facility and/or ACF; • Demonstrate adaptability in identifying, educating, and providing recommendations and treatment support for emerging drug use trends; • Demonstrate an ability to provide services using telehealth when appropriate; • Demonstrate an ability to address and treat clients using Fentanyl; • Provide potential support to other providers in the community; • Group options available for the age groups identified in proposal on probation as well as pretrial supports; • Clearly identify the program capacity, along with specific modalities of programming to be delivered to the identified populations; • Provide trauma-informed and trauma recovery focused care to help individuals process the impacts of traumatic events on the recovery and treatment process; • Outline ability to provide services that are inclusive of gender identity, sexual orientation and reflective of diverse communities and experiences; • Provide educational and assessment support to other community-based programs working with the priority population; and • Incorporate peer recovery support specialists and/or coping strategies model of service that may include creative supports, peer support, coping strategies, and/or holistic healing.
