Specifications include, but are not limited to: identify and procure an Athletics Operating System tailored to the unique needs of collegiate athletics. The software system will serve as an integrated operating system, combining various software and services to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the University of Tennessee’s Athletics Department (UTAD). The chosen solution will provide comprehensive tools for Student-Athlete Engagement, Academic Success, Logistics and Operations, Content Delivery & Social Media Management, NIL Services, Performance Nutrition, Recruiting Compliance, Recruiting Communication, Anonymous Reporting & Experience Surveys, Alumni Engagement, and any other software solutions to improve the efficiency or effectiveness of the University of Tennessee’s Athletics Department (UTAD).
