Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The State intends to make a non-competitive purchase for Geographic Solutions Core Case Management software with the Registered Apprenticeship module. Consultants with the Council for State Governments have affirmed that GEO Solutions is successful in working with states and proactive in updating all software immediately as USDOL reporting requirements change. 1. Geographic Solutions will provide a module that includes full case management of the employment and training requirements of Registered Apprenticeship Expansion Grants. Including all application forms: a. Enrollment Activity Tracking, b. Measurable Skills Grains, c. Credential Tracking, d. Outcome and Follow-up capabilities. 2. The Geographic Solutions module will also provide for the mandated federal reporting and extract requirements, including: a. Individual PIRL extract, b. Apprenticeship Performance Report, c. Employer Outreach Layout and Annual Report.
