Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolition - properly dispose of all debris off- property unless otherwise noted. 1) The contractor shall remove approximately 166 stumps from the marina area of the park. New Work -- 1) The contractor shall provide and install the stormwater control measures as outlined in the approved Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and NPDES permit. 2) The contractor shall remove topsoil to suitable material and stockpile on-site for future re-use. 3) The contractor shall provide, install, and vibratory compact clean fill (as needed), geotextile, and a minimum of 6-inches (two 3-inches lifts) of #57 stone material to bring the final elevation to within 6-inches of existing asphalt elevation with a minimum of 1% positive slope to prevent ponding. 4) The contractor shall use topsoil to regrade edges to no steeper than a 3:1 slope. 5) The contractor shall Harley rake any disturbed areas not under stone before seeding and straw. 5 bales of straw and 5 pounds of fescue seed per acre shall be broadcast over the entire site at completion of work.
