Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Items to Inspect, Refurbish, Rebuild, or Repair - 1. Rebuild carriages 2. Replace wear pads on outrigger 3. Inspect cylinders, rebuild if needed upon receiving approval 4. Replace gauges that are broken, leaking or not working 5. Repair or replace cab laser 6. Electrical system – inspect, repair or replace as needed 7. Update electrical skip line system with newest system available, to include front cab speedometer. 8. Hydraulic System a. Inspect all hoses for deterioration and replace as needed b. Inspect hydraulic pump, repair if needed upon receiving approval c. Inspect agitator motors, repair if needed upon receiving approval d. Inspect heat exchanger, repair if needed upon receiving approval e. Replace filters f. Replace air solenoids on carriages g. Inspect compressor and perform preventive maintenance h. Change hydraulic oil 9. Bead System a. Replace all bead hoses b. Rebuild bead guns 10. Paint System a. Rebuild high pressure pumps b. Rebuild low pressure pumps c. Rebuild paint guns d. Install new paint tank vents 11. Air System a. Perform preventive maintenance on air compressor b. Perform preventive maintenance on auxiliary engine c. Inspect and repair all solenoids as required d. Inspect and replace all air hoses as needed
