Hole punching on panels shall be 7 /16" X 7 /8" on 12" centers, see Standard Drawing No. S-7, with first slot being 6" from panel end. 4.3. The material shall be 6063-TG aluminum alloy. 4.4. Panels and side trim shall be etched and anodized. 4.5. The extruded aluminum sign panels, side trim molding, wind beam and wing channels shall be chemically treated to form an oxidation resistant barrier film that is suitable and has been used successfully in the past.
