Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Website hosting and maintenance services. b. Standard support/ change requests. c. Enhancement requests/ major change request. d. Special Projects (as needed). e. Manage the CMS platform (Kentico), subscriptions, and upgrades. Norta.com is built on the Kentico CMS platform. We expect to continue using this platform and require the vendor to support this system, perform upgrades, and development. f. Manage the integration of future technology tools. g. Create and provide custom reports to import into our CRM software, Salesforce. h. Support integration with Google Maps and the Google API. i. Provide recurring support to the RTA as needed. j. The vendor will provide digital marketing, SEO optimization, UX/UI, behavior tracking, quarterly review, advance data insight support. Maintain and develop norta.com website’s trip planner application. Update as required so that planner works effectively as RTA service offerings change. Implement most up-to-date GTFS standards in the trip planner. Implement new features as requested. k. Vendor will provide technical support. l. Cyber security with vulnerability assessments m. Vendor will support and update RTA’s Service Alert Dispatcher web app (https://www.norta.com/DispatcherApp). The Dispatcher App uses drop down templates with language for various disruptions. The dropdown templates will need to be updated to include new messaging and an option to override and use original content should be added as a menu option. n. Vendor will integrate online retail store platform I.e. Shopify and Printful to create seamless web user experience. o. Vendor will integrate the Clever Device application with the provided API data to create a seamless web user experience.
