Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Indianola is planning a comprehensive assessment for the IndianolaVeterans Memorial Aquatic Center. This assessment will consider existingconditions at the current site, code corrections, and recommended enhancements.This planning process will require public input to determine the needs of ourcommunity, evaluating the current Indianola Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center, anddetermining if there is a need for a newer and/or larger aquatic facility. The selectedfirm will have proven experience and knowledge in aquatic facility planning andexperience with public and other stakeholder engagement.The Scope of Services to be performed by theCONSULTANTunder this agreementshall encompass and include detailed work, services, materials, testing, equipmentand supplies to complete a thorough assessment of the current conditions of theIndianola Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center, while developing a comprehensive planto meet the current and future needs of the City of Indianola including: ContractManagement,ProjectCoordination,ExistingConditionsAssessment,NeedsAnalysis/Early Concept Planning, and Final Report Production with Financial plan.
