Specifications include, but are not limited to: Oak Hills Park bunker construction and renovation, tee construction specs This construction and renovation project is to be divided into two separate jobs, A) new construction B) renovation. All work shall be divided as follows: A) 1- New construction of new bunkers on the range, hole 1, hole 10(greenside), and hole 17. 2- New construction of tees on hole 1 and 8 3- New Irrigation additions at bunkers on holes 14,15 B) Renovation of bunkers on holes 3,9,12(left of green), 13(front of green), 14, and 15. A1-Specs for new bunkers 1) Strip turf in area defined by superintendent surrounding bunker 2) Shape as needed on surrounds of bunker 3) Edge new bunker perimeter 4) Core out old sand and haul to approved on site location 5) Shape and compact new bunker floor 6) Install 4” internal N12 drainage in 3/8” washed gravel 7) Install 4” outfall N12 drainage in native soil (if needed) 8) Install 4” vent assembly 9) Install 2” Capillary Concrete liner system - See Attachment A 10) Install 5” compacted sand (provided by OHP) 11) Sod prep bunker surrounds 12) Install rough sod(provided by OHP); A2-Specs for new tees 1) Install erosion controls 2) Strip and haul turf 3) Core out existing rootzone and stockpile 4) Strip topsoil and stockpile 5) Machine shape tee consistent to superintendent approved elevation 6) Haul fill material to tee 7) Shape fill on tee 8) Install 4” perforated N12 drainline 9) Install 2” PVC loop 10) Install 1.5” PVC loop 11) Reinstall salvaged sprinkler/swing joint 12) Laser grade tee cavity 13) Reinstall topsoil 14) Reinstall root zone mix for final rootzone to be no less than 6” 15) Incorporate bunker sand to root zone 16) Laser grade tee surface with 1% grade, back to front on hole 1 and front to back on hole 8 17) Finish shape tee surrounds 18) Sod prep 19) Install low mow blue sod for tee surfaces 20) Install turf type tall fescue sod for tee surrounds; A3-Specs for renovated bunker irrigation additions (new) 1) Identify loop or lateral connection point 2) Connect new lateral to loop or existing lateral 3) Install minimum 1 ½” or 2” diameter pipe to locations determined by superintendent 4) Locate wire bundle and connect 14/1 (signal wire) and 12/1(common wire) new wire, pulled to valve or head locations 5) Use 1.5” Toro model 20 valve and T7 sprinkler and/or Toro 535S sprinkler with appropriate swing joints 6) Use standard 12” or standard deep valve box to house 2” brass gate valve/electric valve.
