Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the following work: Mobilization: Mobilize and transport all needed labor, material, and equipment to and from the project site based on lump sum. Common Excavation: Clean out approximately 500 L.F. of spoil material from channel between County Road 56 and Arne Lee Road. The Contractor shall assume ±1.5’ – 2’ depth cuts when cleaning out the channel. No survey was done. Excavate, remove, and transport all spoil material from wetland area. Remove existing spoil material from previous channel clean out, between trees/brush line and existing silt fence, to the original grade as determined in the field. Do not disturb the silt fence. Load both spoil material on trucks, haul to private land ±0.68 miles one way, and deposit loads for future leveling by private landowner. Drier spoil material from the existing spoil pile shall be placed in separate piles from wetter spoil material from the channel clean out. Limit or avoid as much willow tree debris as possible in the spoil material being deposited. Payment for Common Excavation is based on lump sum.
