Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Item 1: Bathhouse A – Resinous Coating System with Surrounding Coves -Building Number: 14.08 - GPS Coordinates Lat/Long: 34.2523, -93.1620 I. Prospective Contractor shall be responsible for all safety barriers to keep bystanders out of work areas and at a safe distance. II. Prospective Contractor shall perform the grinding, sanding and removal of existing top layer of epoxy and prep for a new coating on the entire floor surface. III. Prospective Contractor shall patch flooring, shower walls, and cove as needed to prepare the surface to receive a new coating on the entire floor and shower wall surfaces. IV. Prospective Contractor shall be responsible for the removal of all debris from the project site. V. Prospective Contractor shall be responsible for the removal and reinstalling of all toilets, partitions. Toilets must have new seals. VI. Prospective Contractor shall be responsible for the new flooring to have a smooth transition with floor drains and to make sure the entire floor has a ¼” per linear foot to allow water to drain properly. VII. Prospective Contractor shall apply a Milamar coating and prime shower areas with Icoprimer Lv and coat with Pm 400 and broadcast walls solid. Prospective Contractor shall grout coat with Pm 100 medium cure clear epoxy then seal with Pm 550 urethane with nonslip additive or equivalent. VIII. Prospective Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment to install new Milamar decorative coating system or equivalent with surrounding coves (approx.. 672’ sq. ft.) and (approx. 576” sq. ft.) of walls. IX. The color must be determined by the Project Manager and the park. X. Prospective Contractor shall apply all coatings during good painting weather, air and surface temperatures must be within limits set forth by the manufacturer for the coatings being applied and work areas must be reasonably free of air-borne dust at the time of application and while the coating is drying.
