Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Rhode Island Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (RIDE) has initiated a Master Price Agreement (MPA) Open Enrollment (OE) to identify qualified organizations to: (a) build, design, plan, execute, and deliver a PK-12 Providence Public Schools strategic framework that coincides with the development of new schools, and (b) redesign of individual low-performing schools. As a result of this Open Enrollment, qualified organizations should feel free to respond to either or to both bodies of work, which would include a wide array of evidence - based system service elements such as: 1. high impact PK-12 strategic framework 2. quarterly/annual management planning 3. policy framework for high-quality authorizing practices, 4. talent-development strategies, 5. performance-based accountability, 6. technical assistance, 7. curriculum, staffing, professional services, 8. student experience, and implementation support 9. community-driven school redesign initiatives
