Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work under this price agreement may include: 1.A MAINTENANCE 1.A.1 VEGETATION MAINTENANCE: Weed removal, trimming vegetation, raking, blowing, mowing, cutting, edging, and pruning. 1.A.2 SEDIMENT, TRASH, AND DEBRIS REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL: Inlet clearing; removal, hauling, and disposal of sediment, trash, and debris including but not limited to biohazard sharps, feces, leaves, and other materials. 1.A.iii PLANTING: Plant material loading and unloading, hauling, and delivery to project sites, reading planting plans, plant layout and installation, removal of dead plants, disposal of containers at an approved recycler. 1.A.4 MISCELLANEOUS LABOR: Includes but not limited to soil grading, soil removal and/or installation, mulch hauling and placement, tree staking, seeding, installation or removal of erosion control, installation or removal of plant protection measures, or other vegetation or material related tasks. 1.B IRRIGATION: Watering plants in GSI via mobile methods. 1.C INFORMATION REPORTING: filling out and submitting completed digital work orders to City staff and communicating site observations and condition reports to City staff. The use of online applications, GIS maps, and/or websites may be required for information reporting and entry.
