Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected contractor shall be responsible for providing the Town with sealed drawings with a pier plan. The selected contractor assumes full responsibility for delivery, warranty, and maintenance of all materials, hardware, and support services. The selected contractor shall be responsible for coordinating work with all subcontractors and with the Town.
