Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project renovates 31,800 sq. ft. of the existing Business Building and constructs a new 1,000 sq. ft. connection to Heritage Hall. There is an addition with a new mechanical room. The project remodels existing classrooms, offices and support spaces and upgrades the existing HVAC to meet current codes. The work includes modifications to fire sprinkler systems, electrical infrastructure, vertical circulation, new windows and window replacements. The site work is extensive to solve existing water-proofing at the building's West side. The roof will be replaced and installing new dormers. Interior work includes new restrooms, new interior doors and frames, and updated building technology. Please review full RFQ documents for full project scope.
