Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be completed is located at 226 Juan Medina Road, Chimayo, New Mexico 87522. The work includes but is not limited to the following: a. Building and additions to include demo/additional of square footage and modifications. i. Construction of a 1,160 sq. ft. apparatus bay. ii. Construction of two (2) 207 sq. ft. storage units. iii. ADA renovations; b. Civil improvements i. Parking improvements to include ADA accessible spaces, curb and gutter, parking bumpers, signage and striping. ii. Temporary parking accessible spaces and routes during construction. iii. Utility work to include plumbing, electrical and gas. c. Access improvements to include demolition of the existing fence and gate and installation of a brand new fence and gate per specifications.
