Specifications include, but are not limited to: Elkhorn Public Schools (EPS), hereafter also referred to as Applicant, is requesting proposals for Self-Provisioned Network (Applicant Owned and Operated Network) and Services Provided Over Third-Party Networks for delivery of wide area network (WAN) services to the applicant. Services over third-party networks includes consideration for comparable leased lit fiber. A proposal for other technology solutions must support a managed 10 Gbps full duplexed network to and from locations and/or connection points as described below. Service is expected to be delivered from the applicant hub, Elkhorn High School at 1401 Veterans Drive, Elkhorn, NE 68022. Self-Provisioned Network will connect to the applicant’s existing fiber-optic network at Connection Point 1 and Connection Point 2 detailed below. The demarcation point for all entities will be the building’s MDF room. Service is expected to be delivered to the following locations: ● Entity 1 - EPS Elementary School #13 (Opening Fall 2025) ○ Address: TBD - Approx. 204th Street and I Street (41°12'50.4"N 96°14'16.5"W) ○ Access will be from 204th Street between I Street and L Street ● Entity 2 - EPS Elementary School #14 (Opening Fall 2025) ○ Address: TBD - Approx. 195th Street and Kansas Avenue (41°18'52.7"N 96°13'26.1"W) ○ Access will be from Fort Street between 192nd Street and 204th Street ● Connection Point 1 (CP1) - Approximate location northeast corner at the intersection of 180th Street and Marcy Street in Omaha, NE 68130. ● Connection Point 2 (CP2) - Approximate location northeast corner at the intersection of 204th Street (Hwy 31) and Fort Street in Elkhorn, NE 68022
