The respondent must adhere to all applicable laws, rules and requirements and must apply for permits to place infrastructure per specification per county or city ordinance applicable to where the infrastructure is being placed. b. All traffic control, in accordance with local, state, county, or permitting agency laws, regulations, and requirements, will be the respondent’s responsibility. The respondent’s construction schedule will take into consideration sufficient time for the development and approval of a traffic control plan.
