The devices are will be at one location (4120 N. Blackstock Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29301). Devices must be removed by January 31, 2024 in coordination with the Chief Technology Officer. • Flat rate pricing or lump sum pricing is strongly preferred over evaluation-based pricing. • If you use evaluation-based pricing, we must confirm the final evaluation before the offer can be accepted. Evaluations will not be accepted if they are lower than what we believe they should be. If evaluation pricing is submitted, a breakdown of how devices are graded and priced must be included. There must be no deductions for reasons other than device grades if evaluation pricing is used. • The devices should be erased, but we require that you erase any data that you find left on the devices for data privacy reasons. Certificates of Destruction of information must be provided to the District. Please provide us with information regarding the erasing of data. • The devices have been in service for 3-5 years. • The devices have asset tags, but are not engraved
