Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Arizona Supreme Court , Administrative Office of the Courts (hereafter referred to as the COURT) seeks to establish a contract with a third‐party Electronic Filing Service Provider (EFSP) that specializes in facilitating the collection, assembly, and transmission of case data and documents to courts on behalf of third‐party Matter Management Systems via a system‐to‐system service, and that interfaces to the COURT’s standard electronic filing interface. This EFSP offering is to be provided for fee and non‐fee‐based submissions on behalf of private and public sector organizations, particularly law firms. The contract award recipient is expected to enable its subscribers to submit various COURT case data and documents into fee and non‐fee‐eligible Appellate, Civil, and Criminal case types. The target market desires: 1. The ability to e‐file and pay for the submission of case data and documents sent directly to courts from within their respective matter management systems. 2. To obtain conformed document copies associated with cases to which they are members. 3. To avoid using the existing COURT‐supported Filing Assembly applications used by individuals to manually upload and submit documents. 4. To subscribe to and receive technical support from an EFSP specializing in system‐to‐ system e‐filing.
