Specifications include, but are not limited to: Salem-Keizer Public Schools, Oregon School District 24J, located in the cities of Salem and Keizer, is the second-largest school district in Oregon, educating over 39,000 students. The District has a dual 10 Gb dark fiber Wide Area Network (WAN) that interconnects 74 sites. An additional 9 sitesconnected through lit fiber that varies from 200Mb to 1Gb. The District uses BGP as its primary routing protocolbetween sites.The network traffic is routed through network switches to one of the District's two datacenters. The District has two10Gb ISP connections, one in each datacenter. Each location has its own Local Area Network that connects to the WAN through its Main Distribution Frame (MDF)The District's current environment has a number of vertically wall mounted WAPs. Installers will change most of those vertical WAPs to be mounted horizontally instead, using 90-degree brackets.
