Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. Except as otherwise provided in this Scope of Services, all services performed under any contract resulting from this solicitation shall be performed between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M, Monday through Friday. unless other arrangements are made in advance with the State. Any deviation in work hours shall be pre-approved by the Contracting Officer. The State requires ten-day advance knowledge of said work schedules to provide security and access to respective work areas. No premium charges shall be paid for any off-hour work. Floor substrate shall be prepared as required by the manufacturer to ensure compliance with warranty requirements for all floor and base materials. Moisture testing shall be provided as required by manufacturer and compliance certificate shall be submitted to Owner before material installation begins.
