Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide semiannual inspections an each of the listed units. Inspections will occur in April and October of 2024 and 2025. 2. Follow Manufactures recommendations when performing each inspection. Each inspection must also include but is not limited to: Performing visual, voltage and internal resistance checks on batteries. UPS and UPS room visual check. Charger voltage measurements. Clean unit components and enclosure cabinet interior and exterior. Vendor will provide the following replacement parts if needed: Air intake filters, Control or specific power fuses, Indicator lamps, and Cabinet fans. Vendor to provide a separate list of additional parts provided if not listed above. 3. Each inspection will include a Maintenance Report Summary. Provide a separate report for each unit. The summary will include complete equipment information- make, model, serial number, rating, voltage, battery make and model number, and battery date. The Maintenance Report Summary will also include all readings, and inspection findings, any issues of concern and recommendations for further service or parts replacements.
