Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove the sculpture from it current location near the entrance of the Waimea-Kohala Airport (MUE) and take it to your work shop. The sculpture weighs approximately 1000 lbs Replace the steel support structure with new steel beams. Strip the bronze down to the metal and apply an approved patina. Construct new base-facades with stone or other approved material. Reassemble and reinstall the sculpture in its original position at the Waimea-Kohala Airport. Vendor must work with the Contract Administrator while choosing patinas, structural support beams, and base façade material and color. The awarded Proposal combined with this document effectively becomes the contract terms for this project.
