Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide and install hardware necessary to actively monitor pressure and capture transient events in the distribution system. This hardware should be network enabled to allow real-time data acquisition. b. Provide a software platform to store and analyze the collected data. Data and analysis should be available through a dashboard. c. Software platform shall have the ability to configure multiple user accounts including an admin user with the ability to change system settings. d. Software licensing shall allow for a minimum of a 100% increase in the number of monitored points. e. Software shall include application programming interface (API) or similar capability for configuring real-time data exchange with external systems. f. Software shall include features allowing for the export of data in .csv or another non-proprietary format. g. Software shall have the ability to create alerts of rapidly developing issues, inconsistencies in the system, and equipment failures. h. Provide training on the installation, configuration, and use of the pressure monitoring system. i. Provide documentation for the hardware and software regarding the use and maintenance of each.
