Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Item 1: Bathhouse A, Building Number 41.13, New Resinous Coating System with surrounding coves: a. Prospective Contractor shall be responsible for any permits that may be required. b. Prospective Contractor shall be responsible for all the griding and scraping. c. Prospective Contractor shall remove all debris from the project site and dispose of offsite. d. Prospective Contractor shall construct all construction and safety barriers to keep bystanders out of work areas and at a safe distance for the duration of the project. e. Prospective Contractor shall complete the substrate preparation: grind and prepare for coating. f. Prospective Contractor shall remove all the wall covering to the framing in all the shower areas and replace any bad or rotten wood. g. Prospective Contractor shall install ½” Hardy backer to manufacturer’s installation guidelines. h. Prospective Contractor shall prep the walls for the coatings. i. Prospective Contractor shall furnish all tools, materials, equipment and labor necessary to apply Milamar’s (PPG owned) decorative coating system. i. Approximately 400 square feet of flooring ii. Approximately 208 square feet of walls iii. Approximately 120 linear feet of the coves j. Prospective Contractor shall be responsible for adhering to product manufacturer’s guidelines. k. Prospective Contractor shall complete this work during appropriate temperatures and humidity levels. l. The floor color must be chosen and approved before work starts. m. Prospective Contractor shall have all the work completed within thirty (30) days from time of bid being awarded. n. Prospective Contractor shall take all precautions to prevent unnecessary damage to any part of the building. o. Prospective Contractor shall be responsible for all post-project clean-up and removal of debris (including all nails and metals, all disposable material offsite) at the end of each workday. p. Prospective Contractor shall work during normal business hours. q. Prospective Contractor shall schedule all work hours with park officials. r. Prospective Contractor shall provide one (1) year warranty that applies to all work performed and deficient materials. s. Prospective Contractor shall furnish Workmen’s Comp. and General Liability Insurance. t. Prospective Contractor shall be responsible for all material deliveries and protection of during construction. u. Prospective Contractor shall contact Greg Hart, 501-554-9704, once the project is complete so final inspection can be completed. B.
