Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1. Sufficient certified water treatment personnel on site to conduct operations no less than 2 hours per day, seven days a week. 1.2. Contractor shall ensure enough time is available maintain compliance Operational Requirements, Compliance with the Scope of Work and all applicable Arizona State Laws and Regulations. 1.3. To support monthly invoicing, 1.3.1. Contractor shall provide weekly time sheets of hours worked. 1.3.2. Plant Operator is defined as a minimum Grade 1 Water Treatment Plant Operator with current certifications from ADEQ. 1.3.3. A copy of the Operator’s License shall be posted on site and shall be included in bid response. 1.3.4. Contractor shall provide all compliance data to the Maintenance Point of Contact Monthly. (FMO South Office). Maintenance POC will supply all chemicals and salt to operate the facility as needed. 1.4. This contract is inclusive for total required operations under any conditions during the contract time frame. 1.4.1. Any unusual conditions will be covered by the contractor at no extra cost to FMO/DEMA. 1.4.2. Unusual conditions may consist of but not limited to: Infiltration issues from seasonal weather events, correction of nitrate/nitrite issues, any circumstances that may place the nitrate plant on non-compliance with ADEQ.
