Specifications include, but are not limited to: “turnkey” photovoltaic solar carport and electric vehicle charging system which includes all labor, materials, tools, and equipment. The carport will accommodate twelve (12) vehicles and support a 31.6 kW solar array. Four (4) of the parking spaces are to be equipped for charging of electric vehicles utilizing two (2) ChargePoint CT4021 Dual Port Bollard Mount Level 2 Charging Stations. The project will include installation of all conduits, electrical wiring, and a new circuit panel, as necessary to support the system. The Ellington DPW will be responsible for the demolition, clearing and grading necessary to provide a pad site for the structure, as well as a drainage connection for downspouts and final paving and line striping within and surrounding the finished structure.
