Shelves: Storage shelves for organizing and housing system components. VoIP (Voice over IP) Gateway: Gateway for integrating Voice over IP technology into the PA system. Administration Areas Configuration: Consoles and audio input modules for administration areas. Classroom Configuration: New speaker installations (TCC2011B modules), CAT 5 jumpers, and call switches. Gym and Outdoor Areas Configuration: 2 horns for the gym and 4 horns for outdoor areas. VT and SEN speaker installations using 25355 wire. Comprehensive Programming and Testing: In-depth programming and testing of the new Intercom system. Training for office staff to use and program the bell schedule effectively. Networking: Marshall Industries will provide and manage all network runs (CAT6 Homeruns) directed to administration areas and classrooms. Speaker Maintenance and Evaluation: Ensure all speakers in shared spaces (hallways, bathrooms) are functional. Provide cable paths and trays for networking and speaker lines.
