Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conducting a comprehensive assessment of the school premises to determine optimal camera placement. Supplying and installing high-definition cameras a few with night vision capabilities. Implementing a centralized video management system for real-time monitoring and recording. Integrating the camera system with existing security infrastructure (if applicable). Providing training for school staff on system usage and maintenance. Mandatory Minimum Requirements Offerors must demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed the mandatory minimum requirements outlined below by providing a narrative point by point response, in the order listed, to each requirement. The following mandatory minimum requirements must be met in order for a proposal to be considered responsive: Previous Experience with similar projects No blacklisted cameras/equipment or service All of the items described in this section are non-negotiable. If it is determined that a proposal does not meet these requirements, at any time during the solicitation process, the proposal will be deemed non-responsive and disqualified from further consideration.
