Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 Facilitation of stakeholders and public involvement i. County Board of Supervisors, Parks & Recreation Commission, and Friends of Coconino County Parks – discuss process, timeline, intended outcomes and gather direction. ii. Stakeholder group – gather feedback on process and desired outcomes. iii. Focus groups – equestrian interest groups, fairgrounds and event user groups, and vested park users and public. iv. Staff meetings – master planning process meeting; present stakeholder and focus group input and collect staff suggestions. v. Public meetings – share project background, purpose, methodology, gather input, and seek feedback and input into conceptual design. vi. Design charette – take stakeholder and focus group input and work with staff on a draft design.
