The Contractor shall coordinate all scope with HCC Facilities and Campus Operations. The project is located at 5601 W Loop South, Houston, TX 77081. The project consists of the interior renovation of one story and mezzanine level of approximately 10,178 square feet. Scope includes but is not limited to removing the existing raised flooring and walls and constructing offices and support spaces for the Student Services Department.
