Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Scope of work shall contain the following, but not be limited to this list as negotiated with the successful vendor: 1. “Off the Shelf” digital switcher equipment and software (highly preferred) a. Non-proprietary equipment for ease of service and service options b. Non-proprietary system software for ease of service and service options i. Pre-set configurations (EOC, Training, presentation, etc.) 2. Full system development equipment list provided with quote. a. Including ALL required equipment, cables, plugs, etc. i. Binding list to prevent cost overrun or unexpected costs. ii. Funding is a federal grant and is a fixed budget. 3. Scalable “digital switcher” to allow for future growth. a. Additional source computers and/or destination displays. 4. Maximum viewable screen (south wall of EOC) a. High-definition LED technology (highly preferred) i. Largest possible screen ii. Screen that can be divided/allocated to various displays inputs simultaneously
