Specifications include, but are not limited to: Kent County Levy Court, Department of Community Services is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from responsible, qualified Construction Management firms capable of providing construction management services for the construction of large scale indoor public recreation facility to be located at the Kesselring property on New Burton Rd, Dover, DE. (ED-00- 085.00-02-04.00.000). Professional qualifications shall demonstrate expertise and experience in all phases of Construction Management including, but not limited to: Cost Estimating, Site Development, Site Utilities, Concrete, Structural & Civil, Carpentry, Electrical Power & Distribution, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Communication Systems, and Landscaping. The authorized scope of work is subject to change and will depend upon the availability of sufficient funding.
