Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall provide Agency with the Contract Items listed below on an open-end and continuing basis. Contract Items must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements as shown below. 3.1.1. Grease Trap Pumping Services 3.1.1.1. Grease trap pumping service. The grease trap must be pumped once every two (2) months. 3.1.1.2. The existing trap is 1,500 gallons. The pumping service must be capable of pumping up to 1,500 gallons per time. 3.1.2. Grease Trap Jetting Services 3.1.2.1. Pipe jetting service shall be on 4” pipes stemming to and from grease trap, must be on an as needed basis (approximately once a year). 3.1.3. Lift Station Pumping Services 3.1.3.1. Lift Station pumping service. The Lift Station needs pumped on an as needed basis. 3.1.3.2. The existing Lift Station is a 1,200-gallon tank. The pumping service must be capable of pumping up to a 1,200-gallon tank. 3.1.4. Open Pit Pumping Services 3.1.4.1. Open Pit pumping services. The Open Pit is approximately 2,600 gallons and needs to be pumped on an as needed basis. 3.1.5. Muffin Monster Pumping Service 3.1.5.1. Muffin Monster pumping services. The Muffin Monster needs to be pumped on an as needed basis.
