Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Furnish all labor, equipment and supplies to maintain a janitorial service at the Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW). The service is to be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions and performance requirements specified within the sample contract Exhibit A (STATEMENT OF WORK), including the delivery schedule for such work detailed below. 2. Supply the ODFW Building Coordinator with a schedule indicating upon which day(s) of the week required work will be performed as well as a schedule indicating when monthly and quarterly work will be done. 3. Provide a check list of the duties performed each week. Unless otherwise agreed to between Contractor and the ODFW Building Coordinator the work will be performed on the scheduled days.
