Outreach: Engage with behavioral health providers to address identified gaps. Expansion: Establish a connection to the Minnesota Hospital Association’s bed tracker and MNAccess. Content Development: Create content for the expanded behavioral health services portal. Functionality Testing: Verify the functionality of the expanded behavioral health services portal and assess the user experience for effectiveness and efficiency. Marketing Support: Assist in marketing activities for the expanded behavioral health services portal and the linkage to MNAccess. Reporting: Generate reports based on information and data collected from the expanded behavioral health services portal and the linkage with MNAccess. Maintenance and Growth: Sustain and grow the expanded behavioral services portal and the linkage to MNAccess Data Field Enhancement: Develop and improve data fields based on provider and stakeholder needs. Deliverables Search Tool: Provide a user-based, state-level, real-time, searchable online outpatient and residential mental health and substance abuse disorder treatment registry for all licensed providers in the state. Comprehensive Registry: Maintain an extensive and adaptable registry of services across the entire behavioral health continuum of care. User Accessibility: Ensure the tool offers open access, meets all state and DHS digital accessibility standards and serves as a single point of entry for all users. Awareness and Utilization: Expand awareness and utilization of the online search tool through public relations campaigns and stakeholder engagement. Data Set Improvements: Demonstrate enhancements in outcomes such as: provider availability entry, user demographics, expanded search options (e.g., zip code, language spoken, type of service, etc.,), waitlist times, identified racial and ethnic access disparities, and proximity to the users. Use data for continuous tool improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders based on their observations and needs. Cultural Competence: Adhere to the Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) Standards. Provider Data Entry: Enable behavioral health providers to enter and update information and data online. Regular Updates: Maintain regular contact with providers to keep the search tool current and up-to-date. Collaborative Partnerships: Demonstrate collaboration with committed organizations, including but not limited to: NAMI Minnesota; Mental Health Minnesota; Twin Cities Medical Society; Minnesota Medical Association; Minnesota Psychiatric Society; Minnesota Society of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry; Minnesota Association of Community Mental Health Programs (MACMHP); AspireMN; Minnesota Association of Children’s Mental Health (MACMH).
