Specifications include, but are not limited to: AUXILIARY ENGINE: The engine shall be Cummins, John Deere, Caterpillar or Volvo. Emissions shall be Tier IV final and not require DEF fluid and/or regeneration. Minimum Horsepower: 74 HP. Air cleaner: Dual element, dry type, with pre-cleaner. The engine shall have lockable covers to prevent vandalism. Fuel tank: Minimum 30 gallons with locking cap. FRAME: Shall have JRB or Caterpillar coupler capable of connecting to our existing JRB loader coupler. Shall have sufficient amount of counterweight for safe operation, minimum 1,100 pounds. The unit’s center of gravity will be no more than 30 inches from the center of the wheel loader at boom full extension and will be centered with the loader when in travel position. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Wiring: Wiring harness to be sealed. Wiring to be grouped in conduit, cable, or harness where possible. Professionally routed with grommets and securement devices as necessary. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: The pump drive shall be directly connected to the engine. Hydraulic reservoir shall be minimum 30 gallons capacity and include level gauge and locking fill cap. Filtration: 10-micron spin-on or in-tank filter. All hydraulic lines on boom shall be steel tubes with hoses at pivot points. Hydraulic control valve shall be electronically controlled, load sensing, with manual override. Hydraulic control valve shall be capable of stopping cutter assembly in less than 7 seconds.
