Specifications include, but are not limited to: Speech & Language Services, School Psychology Services: a. Provide mental and behavioral health services within an elementary school site. b. Ability to hire, supervise and retain up to 8 FTE of licensed providers, as part of the school-based mental health services: i. Licensure may include: LPC, LMHC, LCPC, LPCC, LCMHC, LMHP or interns under supervision of licensed professional. c. Providers will be expected to work alongside the school level student services team as part of a Multi-Tiered System of Support for all students. d. Services include individual counseling, group counseling and family counseling, referrals to community resources, health and wellness screeners and crisis intervention and prevention. e. The ability to bill Oregon Health Plans when appropriate for program sustainability, but not limiting student’s ability to access their care or service. f. Evaluation, assessment and accountability data and reports provided to the district annually or as requested. g. Consultation and collaboration on crisis intervention and prevention. h. Promotion of social justice, equity, and access for all students
