Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal is to increase awareness of HIV and to provide a platform to access resources. The selected successful vendor should address each of the following items in their response: Identify HEART audience; Provide evidence-based advice and consultation about messaging, branding, and all media productions to reach the target audience; Produce and coordinate all aspects of the “HIV and Me “media campaign, social marketing activities, and communication approaches that are based on research, developed, evaluated, for the target audience, and support the goals of DHHS. Maintain and update the HIV and Me website. Create and develop advertising, marketing, and public relations efforts for HIV prevention and treatment. Use evidence-based social marketing principles in the planning and development of campaign messages and materials. Apply market research to continue an integrated campaign utilizing traditional and nontraditional media. Provide public relations tools including press releases and press kits. The successful vendor will comply with Utah Administrative Rule R33-12-502. Produce and coordinate statewide media campaigns, social marketing activities, and various communication efforts that are carefully researched, developed, evaluated, appropriate for the target audience, and harmonious with the goals of DHHS and funders.
