Specifications include, but are not limited to: Two types of mental health evaluations are addressed by this scope of work: Hare Psychopathy and Competency Evaluations. For both types of evaluations, the following requirements shall apply: • Pursuant to court requirements, a copy of the report or a summary of the report will be provided to the subject by the Board of Pardons and Parole. • Billing needs to be submitted to the Board within one month from the time the finished product is submitted. • The evaluator cannot be a current employee of the Department of Corrections and cannot have previously treated or currently be treating inmates who they would be evaluating, which would create a conflict of interest. • The evaluator shall complete the written report, personal interview and interpretation of testing themselves, and cannot defer to a second- or third-party source. • Reports are to be submitted by the due date established by the Board. Evaluators will have 90 to 120 days to complete the report.
