Specifications include, but are not limited to: Review data on Long-COVID in Utah and assess strengths and weaknesses of the data; Maintain a working group of diverse stakeholders to identify priorities and needs to address Long-COVID in Utah; Establish Long-COVID data summaries that can be used to communicate with the public and with Utah legislators; Establish the Utah Long-COVID surveillance system; Evaluate data on Long-COVID obtained through the all payers claims database, BRFSS, and Medicaid; Provide analytic support to programs within the Division of Population Health as requested by Department; Provide advisory services on complex epidemiologic methods to Department programs as requested by Department; Create a Long-COVID dashboard for internal use; and Attend conferences and in-person meetings as requested by the Department.
