Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall remove approximately 103 trees from the Cabins Area. All trees to be removed will be marked with paint. 2. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of all trees off park property that can be removed. There are some trees that can only be fell and left in the woods. These trees cannot be accessed for removal and shall be recognized at pre-bid. 3. The Contractor shall cut the trees as close to the ground as possible. 4. The Contractor shall remove or grind all limbs from removed trees. All grindings can be left on the park at a designated area. 5. The Contractor shall grind designated stumps and remove stump debris to the area designated by the park. These stumps shall be recognized at prebid. 6. The Contractor shall remove any limbs that are damaged in the surrounded trees, from the trees being removed. 7. The Contractor shall remove debris from all decks, sidewalks, porches, driveways, and main road in front of cabins. 8. The Contractor shall repair any damage that might occur from the scope of work before the job shall be considered completed.
