Floor plan attached to bid spec: Main area for children’s library carpet. Installation of Shaw Philadelphia Commercial carpet tiles Curious Wonder – Eccentric. Vendor to provide services for all labor, materials, freight, floor prep, dumpster rental, glue, cove base, and stair nose. Installer to remove existing carpet/flooring and wall base. Installer to prep area for installation of new carpet tile flooring, door thresholds, and wall base. Vendor to provide a separate line item breakdown of the costs. Vendor to provide separate line item cost for moving furniture.
