Specifications include, but are not limited to: The JMS should be able to accomplish, through electronic means or automation, at a minimum, thefollowing tasks and requirements:•The proposed system should allow support for multiple environments. (on-premise, hybrid, orcloud) The preference will be on-premise, being installed on existing hardware within Vmware,and being published on a combination of Citrix Workspace (windows) and mobile devices.•The proposed system should connect to Microsoft Active Directory using LDAP for user-levelsecurity rights and user management.•The proposed system should include a secure app that has the ability for correctional staff toperform single and group security rounds, mental health checks, meals, sick calls, etc. using RFIDor similar technology from an existing custom Android or Wi-Fi-only Apple device, as well ascomplete a report, take notes and photos, etc. from the device, and it automatically uploads tothe proposed system seamlessly on an existing jail Wi-Fi network.•The proposed system should include the ability for all outside agencies to electronically pre-book arrestees on one platform. This should be a combination of either a Web portal orapplication and/or have the ability to accept an XML or API stream of arrestee booking datafrom an existing RMS\CAD or a 3rd party platform to include an additional screening questionsection that is fully customizable to meet the needs of the jail to book everyone in electronically
