Specifications include, but are not limited to: Base Bid: Provide a price for items not contained in an alternate such as, but not limited to: ADA compliance work, replacement of doors, and upgrading the electrical service. Alternate #1: Provide a price for the demolition and replacement of concrete deck or paving on the upper level of the pool as indicated on plans. Alternate #2: Provide a price for the demolition and replacement of concrete deck or paving on the lower level of the pool as indicated on plans. Alternate #3: Provide a price for replacing the existing handrail sections with new aluminum railing. Alternate #4: Provide a price for replacing the existing handrail sections with new painted steel railing. Alternate #5: Provide a price to provide and install a mini-split HVAC unit in the PUMP House. Alternate #6: Provide a price to make alternations and modifications to the restroom building including construction of storage rooms. Alternate #7: Provide a price to paint the interior walls and ceilings of the restroom building. Alternate #8: Provide a price to replace the existing chain link fabric with new vinyl coated fabric. Paint existing posts before attaching fabric. Alternate #9: Provide a price to replace the existing fence posts with new prefinished posts set in concrete footings.
