Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Cincinnati Area Geographic Information System (CAGIS) is seeking a consultant(s) for assistance with migration to the latest ESRI Utility Network data model. The scope of this RFP will include implementation planning, proof of concept, and training. Specifically, consulting services will include: • Evaluation and recommendations for the implementation of the latest Utility Network Asset Packages, • Creation of recommended schema mapping documents for data migration of the current Utility Geometric Networks into a test ArcGIS Enterprise environment using the Utility Network format, • Configuration of the Utility Network in the ArcGIS Enterprise test environment. • Training on how to perform the above configuration and data mapping process to adjust the Utility Network as needed. Please include the following scope of services within the RFP. CAGIS desires to start the project upon consultant selection and signing of contract. 1. Utility Network Migration Planning • Review completed Utility Network Data Readiness Assessment. • Propose schema mapping solution • Discuss/get signoff from Utility IT members on proposed schema mapping. 2. Utility Network Proof of Concept • Migration of existing geometric networks into CAGIS test ArcGIS Enterprise environment as a Utility Network. • Perform ArcGIS Enterprise Utility Network validation • Publish and Ready the Utility Network for editing • Ensure capability of editors to complete workflows in ArcGIS Enterprise in a web-based environment without using direct network connection to editing database 3. ArcGIS Pro Utility Network Knowledge Transfer / Training • Methods for editing and rerunning the schema mapping. • Best practices for editing, database tuning, workflow configuration • Branch versioning best practices • Training in ArcGIS Pro new editing capabilities, focusing on the Utility Network and Branch versioning.
