Hypertherm VWI (vented water injection) Gas console for cutting stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum. Pro nest 2023 plasma-based package. Hypertherm Phoenix operating software. Hypertherm sensor advanced torch height control. All hoses and fittings required to operate said system. All electrical cords and connectors needed to operate said system. Heavy duty steel frame for precision cutting. 5 axis cutting head capable of true holes in 2-inch-thick mild steel and 45-degree bevel cuts capable of ½:1 holes from ½ in to 1 ½ inch with all software etc. pertaining to cutting head. +/- .003 per 3-foot accuracy of motion. Argon marking capabilities. Laser pointer for plate alignment and position finding. Must be 480-volt 3 phase power. Bid will include all installation, operation, safety, and preventative maintenance manuals and procedures.
